Katelyn believes in the healing power of art. As an art and somatic psychotherapist, Katelyn empowers individuals to find healing through their own creative expression. In addition to art therapy, Katelyn has incorporated the use of mindfulness, guided meditation, sandtray therapy, play therapy, and bibliotherapy into treatment and is currently receiving training in somatic experiencing.
Katelyn specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are multicultural, members of the LGBTQA+ community, and who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, developmental disabilities, life changes, attention disorders, trauma, and grief and loss.
Katelyn is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients will be empowered to not just live but to thrive.
